SEF ISO:9001 Certification – Quality Management System

At SEF we are committed to continuously improving our services and processes in order to meet and indeed exceed our customers’ requirements and quality objectives by integrating both our core values and ethos into our daily work. Quality and customer satisfaction are one of our most important guiding principles to measure the success of our business and in every aspect of our business, we are focused on providing superior quality services for you, the client.

With this approach in mind, we have made the decision to formally certify our existing Quality Management Systems according to ISO 9001:2008, and additionally expand on our current ‘in house’ expertise service offering by way of forming a dedicated Social Specialists division.

SEF has decided to embark on a quest to become ISO 9001:2008 certified. The implementation of the ISO 9001:2008 will enable us to achieve continuous improvement in our existing quality management systems (QMS) and processes, which in turn will improve our ability to meet our customer’s requirements and expectations with greater quality service. 

In addition to the above the Certification will assist in developing, as well as improving, SEF’s quality management and demonstrate that we operate and function at an internationally recognised management standard.  SEF is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality services and in order to achieve certification, we will be undergoing a Stage 1 Audit in July 2014, with a subsequent Stage 2 to follow.
